RON TERWILLIGER
Ron Terwilliger, TFL’s Managing Partner, brings a lifetime’s worth of industry expertise and experience to TFL Homes. Before founding TFL Homes in 2011, Ron served as CEO of Trammell Crow Residential for 22 years, Chairman of the Urban Land Institute, Chairman of Habitat for Humanity International’s Board of Directors, and was inducted into the National Association of Homebuilders Housing Hall of Fame. Ron feels passionately about connecting families with their own home, so in 2009 he committee $100 million to Habitat for Humanity, a donation that will reach an estimated 60,000 families.
Under Ron’s leadership, TFL Homes sets the benchmark for rental property groups nationwide by going beyond renter expectation to provide reliable and comfortable homes located in the most desirable neighborhoods.
RICHARD FEIS
For over two decades, building expert and licensed contractor Richard Feis has built and renovated custom homes for families in and around Atlanta. Specializing in smart floor plans, energy efficient design, and quality craftsmanship, Richard combines his building knowledge with his inherent understanding of today’s modern family to create desirable and sought-after homes.
As TFL Homes’ in-house contractor, Richard plans, manages and oversees all home renovation projects. After acquiring a new home or after a tenant moves out, Richard renovates each TFL home to be like-new, utilizing green building techniques and technologies when possible to make sure all systems are working to their maximum efficiency.
With the same dedication to his custom home projects, Richard ensures each TFL home is safe, comfortable and meets the needs of each family who calls it home.
MICHELLE FEIS
With over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Michelle grew up in East Cobb and has a great insight into the Greater Atlanta real estate markets. Michelle has experience in property management, residential home sales, and custom home building.
